Valentine’s Day Dinner
February 14, 2008
, 2008
SushiSamba offers a special four-course “sharing” meal for $110 per couple (excluding tax and gratuity). The restaurant will offer its regular menu in addition to the Valentine specials also served a la carte, plus two creative sake-inspired His and Hers cocktails.
The restaurant created unique Hisand Hers cocktails ($11 each) highlighting sake. The “His” version is a Japanese-Brazilian reinterpretation of the Black Velvet, a blend of champagne and Guinness Stout. The “Hers” cocktail uses a pink sparkling sake called Hana Hou Hou Shu, which is restaurant-exclusive to SushiSamba in the United States. It is a “healing” sake made with rose hip and hibiscus and is packed with Vitamin C and Ricopin which is beneficial for skin and health.
