Valentine’s Day Dinner

Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek offers a four-course prix-fixe dinner menu in the Mansion Restaurant. For $125 per person, guests choose from a selection of chef Tesar’s finest offerings, such as orange dusted Maine lobster salad with braised artichokes, pan-roasted diver scallops with lobster miso and slow braised short ribs with root vegetable puree and maple braised collards.

For a sweet ending, the menu features a chocolate exotique dessert comprised of spicy chocolate mousse with a caramelized passion fruit center. A complimentary champagne toast for each guest is also included.
