Valentine’s Day Dinner
February 14, 2008
In the Chef’s Room, a six-course Valentine’s Day chef’s tasting menu is offered for $175 per person, and warm Kumamoto oysters with garlic butter and Osetra caviar along with Macadamia nut crusted rack of Elysian Farm lamb are among the menu items featured.
Offering the ultimate in fine-dining, the Chef’s Room experience begins in the salon with beverage service and complimentary canapés. Then, the couple is guided into the intimate and regal Chef’s Room for dinner. The romantic room showcases an original grand fireplace with an intricate wood-carved mantel. A whimsical and exotic selection of desserts is followed by a presentation of complimentary Mansion-made confections that are packaged for guests to take home.
