Chef Jim Oetting of Ferré Ristorante e Bar is preparing a special three-course, prix-fixe dinner menu in honor of Valentine's Day on both Thursday, Feb. 14 and Friday, Feb. 15. Specials on champagne and wine by the bottle will also be offered.
Selections from the menu include Lump Crabcake with Micro Arugula and Roasted Amorosa Tomato Aioli; Lobster & Sweet Corn Bisque with Caviar Crostini; Grilled Kobe Beef Sirloin with Winter Mushroom & Yukon Gold Potato Gratin, Baby Carrots & Barolo Demi Glace; Goat Cheese & Dried Fruit Stuffed Game Hen with Creamy Polenta, Broccolini & Natural Jus; and Chocolate Fudge Torte with Vanilla Gelato & Brandied Cherries.
