Selections from the prix fixe menu include Asian Spiced Crab Cakes with lemongrass chile cream sauce, a Sushi Bar Tasting Plate, Vietnamese “Shaken Beef” Sautéed Tenderloin sautéed with onions and scallions in the chef’s special oyster sauce and Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake.
In addition to delectable Asian cuisine, guests can select from the restaurant’s extensive sushi, cocktail and wine menus. For the truly bold, there is also the Uni Shot, a traditional Japanese cocktail made from aphrodisiac ingredients including sea urchin and sake.
