Enjoy a creative menu prepared by Executive Chef Amador Mora, featuring his authentic Mexican cuisine and several personalized selections with Valentine themed names and ingredients. To top off the evening, each lady will receive a long stem red rose.
Diners can also enjoy three exclusive performances by Hunter Sullivan & His Bossa Nova Band. Sullivan's catchy crooning will have you and your Valentine dancing with classics, like "Fly Me to the Moon," "This Guy's in Love" and "The Way You Look Tonight."
Guests can choose between six Aperitivos/Appetizers, five Ensaladas y Sopas/Soups and Salads, seven Platos Fuertes/Entrees and three Postres Apasionados/"Passionate" Desserts. The special menu includes starters such as house favorites Guacamole en Molcajete prepared table side and Nachos Amador con Langosta. Enjoy soups and salads with special Valentine's themes that include the Camaron Martini, a shrimp martini with tomato essence, vodka, and splash of lime with avocado and cucumber salsa served with tortilla "cupid arrows" and Ensalada de Corazones, a salad of "hearts", hearts of palm and hearts of romaine with grapefruit segments, avocado and edible flowers with a champagne-honey vinaigrette. Entrée selections include Dueto Enchiladas and "The Love Boat" for Two, a surf and turf for two served with "wedding band" onion rings. Finally, end the night with a choice of delicious desserts such as the Chocolate Lover, a dark chocolate mousse with chocolate dipped strawberries and white chocolate cappuccino, and Islas Flotantes de Naranja, a floating orange island in red wild berry-passion fruit essence served with a "heart" shaped vanilla cookie.
The special á la carte menu has a minimum charge of $40 per person and will be served Thursday, February 14 from 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. Hunter Sullivan & His Bossa Nova Band will have performances beginning at 7 p.m., 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
