Canary Cafe chef-owner Mansour Gorji prepares and serves a four-course Valentine’s dinner available from 5 – 9:30 p.m. for $55 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Seating is limited with reservations required by calling 972.503.7080. Chef Gorji’s Valentine’s menu features choice of appetizer including grilled chilled avocado with poached shrimp and pomodoro sauce or Bulagarian feta with pomegranates and toasted pita. Guests can select from three salads such as verde, Caesar or the wedge with gorgonzola dressing, prosciutto and grilled jalapeno. Choice of entrees include prime beef tenderloin, oceanos, salmon crème, chicken artichoke or veal limon. Desserts options include chocolate cake with raspberry puree or Tira Misu.
