First

  • House Made Mozzarella smoked proscuitto, bitter greens, basil sorbet and sourdough tuile or
  • Puree of Eggplant and Sherry arbrio rice crusted oysters and thyme scented hollandaise or
  • Crudo of Black Bass crispy avocado and roasted onion vinaigrette or
  • “Bacon and Eggs” braised berkshire bacon with pickled quail eggs and leeks

Second

  • Chatham Bay Cod marinated king crab, fried aioli and young zucchini or
  • Buttermilk Poached Sonoma Chicken goat cheese ganache, baby arugula and golden raisin vinaigrette or
  • Braised Pork Femur granny smith apple puree, chanterelle mushrooms and brussel sprouts or
  • Dry Aged New York Strip potato and kohlrabi gratin, swiss chard with black truffles

Dessert

  • Wild Flower Honey Custard huckleberry puree and rosemary sorbet or
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake crème fraiche, almonds and brown butter or
