Loop 12
January 25, 2008
The Dallas, Texas based experimental sound collective Loop12 lists influences from La Monte Young and Steve Reich to Pink Floyd and Negativland. The members first gathered to construct sound pieces in the late spring of 2007, and the group has since completed three full-length CDs, plus a recording from their first happening at Sloppyworld which is available online. Expect lots of speakers, lots of video projectors, and beer.
