Nana is offering a one-of-a-kind Italian wine and Black Truffle dinner, Friday, January 25 at 7 p.m. Chef Anthony Bombaci prepares a six-course meal with six skillfully paired wines by wine director, Vincent McGrath. Black truffles are incorporated into dishes like Ricotta Gnocci with brown butter, sweet potato, hazelnuts, and black winter truffles paired with Cabreo, "La Pietra"; Chardonna and "Breakfast" Maple Glazed Berkshire Pork Belly with poached egg, mushroom broth and black truffles served with Tenuta Sette Ponti "Oreno."
