In July, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Dallas will get a “City of Dallas Real Estate Update” from Mary K. Suhm, Dallas City Manager.
Ms. Suhm, who has been the City Manager since June 2005, will address the major commercial real estate issues facing Dallas, the common mistakes developers are making when dealing with the city, and what she would like to see happen.
