Description
Design, layout, and hand paint a permanent, kiln fired ceramic tile mural. Ideal for a kitchen backsplash, bath, tabletop, fireplace or outdoor garden feature. Beginners welcome as any existing art image can be simply transferred onto the tiles and then painted. Advanced artists working in other media will delight in the translation of their work on to this new surface. At the end of each session we fire what we have painted, allowing your mural as well as your skill level to develop in complexity. This unique workshop topic, rarely taught anywhere in the United States, comes to the Creative Arts Center. Sign up early. Class fee includes paints and tumbled stone tile.
SATURDAY & SUNDAY (2 days), 10:00am - 4:00pm Saturday, 1:00pm - 4:00pm Sunday.
$145 Members ($175 Non-Members) $25 Materials & Firing Fee.
