Fort Worth Opera Festival - “Of Mice and Men”

The 2008 Fort Worth Opera Festival will include ancillary events along with opera performances. The Festival repertoire includes Carlisle Floyd’s opera "Of Mice and Men", based on John Steinbeck's classic novel.
Two poor migrant farm workers, George and his simple-minded friend Lennie, cling to the dream of a farm of their own…a home. When the dream starts to unravel, George must make an agonizing decision as to what is best for Lennie.
