Father’s Day Beer Dinner
June 14, 2008
, 2008
This Father’s Day, Victory Tavern is presenting a casual twist on the classic tasting dinner, hosting a four-course beer dinner with New Belgium Brewing Company on Saturday, June 14.
Chef Jim Oetting, with keen insight into dads (being one himself), has created a menu inspired by the flavors of a casual backyard barbecue. After a grill-side reception on the Victory Tavern patio with Oetting, guests will enjoy four courses paired with craft beers of complimentary flavor profiles from the New Belgium Brewing Company. Oetting and a representative from New Belgium will be on hand to give insight into the pairings and answer questions.
