Starter Course
Pineapple and Mango Glazed Black Tiger Prawns
Served on a salad of shredded green papaya, pineapple and cherry tomato with a cucumber-mint dressing.
Entrée
Grilled Center Cut Filet Mignon with Szechwan Peppercorn and Clove Demi-Glace
Served with Okinawa purple sweet potato steak fries.
Dessert
Mixed Tropical Fruit
Served over toasted coconut and pineapple ice cream.
