Father’s Day Brunch

Go Fish Executive Chef Ramiro Lule has designed a hearty brunch menu especially for Father's Day. The three-course menu celebrates Dads and the flavors of summer with fish, steak, vegetables and refreshing desserts.

Five choices are offered for the first course: Cream Portabella Mushrooms with Pernod Cream Fraiche; Crab, Shrimp and Lobster Taco served with Roasted Ancho Chili Sauce; Pappadam Caesar Salad with Parmesan, Crispy Eggplant Croutons and Caesar Dressing; Pan Seared Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Baby Field Greens and Saffron Aioli, or choose a Go Fish Salad with Baby Greens, Apples, Cherry Tomatoes, Blue Cheese, Candied Walnuts and Honey Whole Grain Mustard Dressing.

For the second course, choose from Chevre Herb Pan Roasted King Salmon with Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, caramelized Red Onions and Charred Saffron Tomato Coulis; Serrano Ham Egg Benedict, served on a toasted English Muffin with Serrano Ham, Poached Eggs and Herb Skillet Red Potatoes, topped with Chipotle Hollandaise; Capresse Chicken Breast served with Saffron Basmati Rice Timbale and Grilled Asparagus with a Sweet Basil Cream Sauce; Plank Rosemary Chilean Sea Bass served with Lobster Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Grilled Vegetables in a Cabernet Sauce, or choose a lightly Blackened Kansas City Steak with a loaded Idaho Baked Potato and sautéed String Green Beans with Apple Smoked Bacon and a Jalapeño Demi Sauce.

For dessert, enjoy either Crème Brule; Flourless Chocolate Gateau; Fresh Key Lime Pie or Dark & White Chocolate Bread Pudding served with Rum Rompope.
