Art activities for the kids and a home energy efficiency makeover contest for the parents...the TXU Energy booth has fun for everyone. Explore new ways to lower your electricity bills immediately. Plus, you can enter the TXU Energy Power Saver Challenge, where your energy efficient home improvements could win you $30,000! And, don’t miss the original drawings by DISD student artists! The drawings are featured onsite and are included in the TXU Energy calendar. Student entries are an interpretation of each student’s vision of what it means to be “energy efficient."

Visit the Preview Center and view models of the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House, the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre, and a model of the entire 10-acre site, in addition to architectural renderings of the venues and photographs of milestones in the campaign.
Arts District Stroll
1:00 - Join the Dallas Arts District Alliance for a one-hour, docent-led stroll. Learn history of the buildings and get a sneak-peek at the exciting changes occurring in the Arts District. Meet in front of the Crow Collection of Asian Art.
