Book Hater’s Group
June 18, 2008
Not really! But we sure like to discuss the books we’ve loved and hated! If you enjoy listening to the opinions of yourself and others about books of a controversial nature, then this group is for you! 18+ and a firm belief in intellectual freedom is required. Will meet third Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the Library Conference Room.

FoodCzar, says:
All right, guys and gals!! Let's hear from you on this one! What are the books you love to hate and why? They can be "guilty pleasure" books or truly terrible tomes. To me, the perfect definition of a bad book is one you start but can't finish. My friend The Rock usually invokes the "fifty pages" rule: If it doesn't pull you in within the first fifty pages, stop reading at once!!! What do you guys think??? Hmmmm????
