Actually, ScoDo, that's a real problem. The last time there was a mayoral Town Hall (under Mme. Miller), the same thing happened. Our video of that was really highly watched, because many (most) of the interested parties couldn't attend.
Should be held at 9:30 at night so the guests can see the empty streets.
