Transfiguration's Zen Meditation Ministry invites you to join their annual Summer Retreat, at Roper Hall, on June 27 & 28.
The retreat's theme will be on the spiritual practice of using "mindfulness trainings" to assist in identifying beliefs and behaviors they may hamper our lives, as well as facilitating the development of new ways of seeing ourselves, others and situations that are empowering, joyful and healing.
The retreat will run Friday night from 6:30pm to 9:00pm and on Saturday, from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Suggested donation is $15; a continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday.
