Savor Dallas 2008: Victory Park Wine and Food Celebration
March 7, 2008
The hot, new Victory Park development in Downtown Dallas continues to add more zest and sparkle to Savor Dallas. This year you can enjoy two great events for just one ticket! The Savor Dallas "Friday Ticket" includes admission to BOTH the Arts District Wine Stroll from 5 until 7, AND the great celebration of food, wine, music and video in Victory Park at the sizzlingly exciting AT&T Plaza from 7 until 9 p.m.
Sample great wines and taste signature treats from the fabulous Victory Park restaurants including Craft, Kenichi, N9NE, NOVE, Paciugo and Victory Tavern. It's an evening of delicious wine, food, fun and entertainment, including amazing high-definition video art on the Victory Park and American Airlines Center "Super Screens".
Once again, Savor Dallas partners with AFI DALLAS International Film Festival and Victory Media Network to present a dazzling, full-length motion picture on the giant screens beginning at 9 p.m. (immediately following the food and wine celebration). The film is free.
Lawn chairs will also be available to rent. Beverages and snacks will be available for sale. Please no coolers allowed. Free parking is available at American Airlines Center Lots E, F and H from 3 until midnight.
$50 for all events
Savor Dallas is a unique weekend extravaganza providing entertainment and education on the latest in ultra-premium wine, cuisine and spirits - with the special opportunity to interact one-on-one with internationally acclaimed experts in exciting venues.

I predict a massive turnout for the movie, with 9:00pm temps forecast to be 37F.
I hope they have heated tents for the 7-9 tasting gig. Hello, Jim White????
