So, no offense to Ghostland Observatory, but have the last 2 after-parade concerts not be perceived as successful enough to warrant a larger-profile event than what it appears to be this year? Attendance seems like it has continued to go up over the years...you would think someone would step up to the plate and amp things up a bit.

Of course, this is Dallas, so I guess you wouldn't really think that, would you?

More Toadies is the last thing we need. Let's try to stop pretending it's still 1993.

I was 10 in 1993 and had no clue who the Toadies were. I didn't get into them until late high school/early college, which was in this millennium. I'm a good 8 years ahead of that nostalgia.

The change doesn't bother me, just seemed like Toadies might become part of the annual parade since it was back-to-back. I wouldn't mind seeing them annually, and I missed last year's event along with their Texas tour later in the year.

Love on ghostland all you want, not worth the effort imo.

well, you'll have to understand the rest of us that got the Toadies the first time around and had "Tyler" beaten into our brains by local radio. It was good at the time, but full on burnout has ensued.
