Rubissow Wines Texas Premiere Dinner

Peter Rubissow and his sister Ariel bought Rubissow-Sargent from Tony Sargent and George Rubissow this year. They have reinvented the wines under their new name and label - RUBISSOW. The new wines are bold, modern and expressive in style, while still staying true to the well established elegance of the founders' wines. They cut their production in half and hired young winemaker Timothy Milos (Opus One, Cliff Lede, Stags Leap) to reinterpret the wines of their Mt. Veeder estate. Among them, 95 Points for the 2004 Reserve Cab from celebrated critic Anthony Dias Blue.

The new wines release in just a few short months, and to announce the news in Dallas they have teamed up with Chef Kent Rathbun to prepare a feast to pair with their debut wines - the 2004 Rubissow vintage. Winemaker Timothy Milos will host the evening.
