Chef John Tesar presents an elegant three-course Easter brunch and a special kids menu on March 23, 2007 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Mansion Restaurant at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek.

The three-course Easter menu offers a bevy of options for each course, including starter choices of chilled soup of English peas with Maine lobster salad, Alaskan king crab with two garlic butters and tropical fruit salad fruit soup with coconut sorbet. A variety of entrée selections include scrambled eggs with black truffles, Texas toast and petite salad of Tom Spicer’s daily cuttings, grilled braised short ribs with celery root puree and pan-roasted wild salmon with warm salad of English peas, pearl onions and hen of the wood mushrooms. For dessert, choices include a mango blackberry presentation, simplified carrot cake and a beetroot brownie with dark berry sorbet. A special Easter kids menu includes several choices, from pancakes with breakfast sausage, raspberries and maple syrup to Southern fried chicken with French fries.

The price of Easter dining at the Mansion Restaurant is $95 for adults and $45 for children. Price does not include tax, beverage and gratuity.
