Description

Garland High School will host this year’s annual UIL One Act Play competition. This is the beginning of the road to state for the area school Theatre groups. The participants include South, North, Naaman Forest, Rowlett, Sachse, Lakeview, Garland, and Rockwall High Schools. The contest can be any approved one act or full length play but it must be cut to 40 minutes or less.

All 8 plays will perform on March 27th, with the first 4, South Garland, Rowlett, North Garland, and Garland beginning 8:30 a.m. (back to back). The last four, Rockwall, Naaman, Lakeview, and Sasche will begin at 2:00 p.m. Two plays from each group will advance to District on March 28th beginning at 1:00 p.m.
