Lawry's The Prime Rib is hosting a Scotch Dinner that will feature five of the finest single malt scotches for patrons to enjoy. Guests will also indulge in a five-course gourmet dinner prepared by Executive Chef Matt Melton and his culinary team. Featured menu items and scotch pairings include the following:

Black Truffle Foie Gras Napoleon; Cragganomore 12 year
Frissé Salad with smoked almonds, stilton cheese and an applewood bacon vinaigrette; Oban 14 year
Grilled Halloumi Cheese on a heirloom tomato coulis; Talisker 18 year
