Launching in Dallas on March 29 and March 30, the Spiritual Gangster National Tour will rock the “Big D” with its hip hop power yoga classes, including a powerful detox and a deep stretch class entitled Go Deep.
Spiritual Gangsters and yoga masters, Ian Lopatin and Vanessa Lee hail from Phoenix, Arizona where hip hop power yoga has created a new following of yogis that seek a powerful moving meditation through the tunes of Bob Marley, 50 Cent, Eminem, and Jay-Z.
Hip Hop Power Yoga and Go Deep led by Ian Lopatin will take place from 3-6pm on Saturday, March 29th. Spiritual Gangster Flow followed by Arm Balances and Inversions led by Vanessa Lee will take place from 1-4pm on Sunday, March 30th. Attendees can participate in both workshops for $90 or $50 each.
