Arianna Huffington is Coming to Plano Centre, hosted by Texas Democratic Women of Collin County, North Dallas Democratic Women, and the Dallas County Democratic Party.
On May 7th, TDWCC co-hosts an evening with Arianna Huffington, co-founder and editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post. As part of her national book tour, Huffington will be giving a lecture and signing her new book, Right is Wrong: How the Lunatic Fringe Hijacked America, Shredded the Constitution, and Made Us All Less Safe.
Huffington is the nationally syndicated columnist and author of 11 books. She is also co-host of Left, Right & Center, public radio's political round-table program. In May 2005, she launched The Huffington Post, a news and blog site that has become one of the most widely-read, linked to, and frequently-cited media brands on the Internet.
In 2006, she was named to the Time 100, Time Magazine's list of the world's most influential people. Huffington has made guest appearances on numerous television shows, including "Charlie Rose," "Oprah," "Nightline," "Real Time with Bill Maher," "Inside Politics," "Hardball," "Countdown" and "The O'Reilly Factor."

Good to see she made the book title more concise. I believe the first draft was Right is Wrong: How the Lunatic Fringe Hijacked America, Shredded the Constitution, Left the Toilet Seat Up, Hurt My Feelings, Drank the Last of the Milk and Other Not Nice Things.
