Celebrate all things motherly and maternal with an elegant, four-course Mother's Day brunch at Dragonfly, located in Uptown's Hotel ZaZa. On Sunday, May 11, from 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Executive Chef Grant Morgan delights the entire family with a gourmet spread that includes both sweet and savory selections for $50 per person. Included in the price are Dragonfly's signature bottomless mimosas, making for a Sunday affair destined to make Mom feel special.

Chef Morgan begins his Mother's Day brunch with an initial course of breakfast breads served with seasonal fruit and sweet creamery butter. The second course offers diners a choice of Potato-Leek Soup with a Quinoa cracker and fresh chives; Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail with avocado and cucumber; or Fried Short Rib-Mac 'n Cheese Sticks garnished with Madras Curry Marinara.

Entrees include a choice of Smoked Salmon Florentine with potato "soldiers" and a caper hollandaise; a Trio of Croissant Sandwiches, featuring egg salad, deviled ham and cheese and grilled chicken curry salad; Grilled Mahi-Mahi alongside extra virgin olive oil-mashed potatoes and a tomato-Kalamata salsa; Wild Mushroom Quiche with tempura vegetables and Mesclun salad; or a Breaded Veal Schnitzel served with sweet potato hash, haricot verts and hunter sauce. Chef Morgan celebrates spring with a selection of "Lady Bugs and Bumble Bees" for dessert.
