Enjoy a three-course Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and a Mother’s Retreat overnight package that pampers her with rest and relaxation.

Chef John Tesar presents a three-course Mansion Mother’s Day brunch menu complete with starter choices of Texas ruby grapefruit salad with Hass avocado and Texas blue cheese, hand-rolled penne pasta with truffle butter and summer truffles and terrine of organic beets with horseradish and a chive vinaigrette. A variety of savory entrée selections include filet mignon with Yukon gold potato puree and wild mushroom ragout, chili-rubbed loin of pork with creamy white polenta and an omelet of duck egg and smoked salmon with caviar. For dessert, choices include a hazelnut, dark chocolate and caramelized banana option and a mango blackberry presentation. A Mother’s Day kids’ menu offers options such as pancakes and sausage and Southern fried chicken with French fries.

The price of Mother’s Day brunch at the Mansion Restaurant is $95 for adults and $45 for children. Price does not include tax, beverage and gratuity. To make reservations at the Mansion, guests may call restaurant reservations at 214.443.4747. Reservations are required.

For the ultimate Mother’s Day gift, encourage mom to take refuge at Texas’ only five-star, five-diamond hotel. The Mother’s Retreat overnight package is available throughout the month of May and includes overnight accommodations, in-room tea service, a massage for mom, breakfast for two, flowers in the room for mom and valet parking.
