Local farmers market finds are the inspiration for Chef Jim Oetting’s Mother’s Day brunch at Victory Tavern on Sunday, May 11. Fresh, seasonal flavors will complement the city grille cuisine on the three-course, prix-fixe menu, which includes Spinach & Cheese Frittata, Herb Crusted Alaskan Halibut and Grilled Beef Tenderloin Medallions with Warm Yukon Gold Potato Salad. A children’s menu will also be available.
