For the second course, choose from Toasted Israeli Cous Cous, Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, Leek and Potato Croquette and Seasonal Grilled Vegetables with Roasted Red Pepper Coulis; Smoked Norwegian Salmon Egg Benedict, served on a toasted English Muffin with Salmon, Poached Eggs, Herb Skillet Red Potatoes and Chervil Hollandaise Sauce; Herb Pan- Roasted Lamb In-side Round served with Herb Parmesan Risotto Rice, Grilled Asparagus in a Texas Port Wine Sauce; San Francisco Style Cioppino, featuring Clams, Mussels, Shrimp and Fresh Fish with Linguine Pasta; or Cedar Plank Alaskan Halibut with Lobster Mashed Potatoes and Spicy Mango Slaw with Roasted Plum Tomato Sauce.
For dessert, enjoy either a Crème Brule Tart with Fresh Raspberry Coulis; Flourless Chocolate Gateau; Fresh Key Lime Pie or Dark & White Chocolate Bread Pudding served with Rum Rompope.
