Description

Go Fish Executive Chef Ramiro Lule has designed a scrumptious brunch menu especially for Mother's Day. The three-course menu celebrates Moms and the flavors of spring with lamb, fish, spring vegetables and refreshing desserts.

Five choices are offered for the first course: Heirloom Yellow Tomato Soup with garlic croutons; pan-seared Jump Lump Crab Cake with Baby Field Greens and Saffron Aioli; Pappadam Caesar Salad with Parmesan, crispy eggplant croutons and Caesar Dressing; a Dill Crepe filled with Crab, Lobster, Shrimp, Spinach and Ricotta with Herb Béchamel; or a Go Fish Salad with Baby Greens, apples, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, candied walnuts and Honey Whole Grain Mustard dressing.

For the second course, choose from Toasted Israeli Cous Cous, Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, Leek and Potato Croquette and Seasonal Grilled Vegetables with Roasted Red Pepper Coulis; Smoked Norwegian Salmon Egg Benedict, served on a toasted English Muffin with Salmon, Poached Eggs, Herb Skillet Red Potatoes and Chervil Hollandaise Sauce; Herb Pan- Roasted Lamb In-side Round served with Herb Parmesan Risotto Rice, Grilled Asparagus in a Texas Port Wine Sauce; San Francisco Style Cioppino, featuring Clams, Mussels, Shrimp and Fresh Fish with Linguine Pasta; or Cedar Plank Alaskan Halibut with Lobster Mashed Potatoes and Spicy Mango Slaw with Roasted Plum Tomato Sauce.

For dessert, enjoy either a Crème Brule Tart with Fresh Raspberry Coulis; Flourless Chocolate Gateau; Fresh Key Lime Pie or Dark & White Chocolate Bread Pudding served with Rum Rompope.

The three course meal is $34.95 per person. Reservations are recommended but not required. Brunch will be served on Mother's Day from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
