Join Lawry's The Prime Rib for an evening of the finest tequilas from Casa Noble and delectable cuisine. Patrons will hear from guest speaker Jose "Pepe" Hermosillo, owner of Casa Noble, while indulging in a five-course gourmet dinner prepared by Lawry's executive chef Matt Melton and his culinary team. Featured menu items and tequila parings include:
· Chiles rellenos de picadillo, chorizo stuffed green chides floating on a light tomato sauce; Margarita (Casa Noble Crystal) · Chilled avocado and cilantro soup garnished with a chipotle cream; Casa Noble Anejo · Braised beef and mass harina tamale finished with an agave hollandaise; Casa Noble Reposado · Grilled swordfish brushed with a Yucatan orange paste and served with a sweet pumpkin seed mole verde; Casa Noble Crystal · Margarita chiffon cake with Grand Marnier glaze and a warm strawberry compote; Pomegranate Mexican Margarita
