Hotel Zaza Election Party
November 4, 2008
Vote for Prez with Special Candidate Cocktails
Hotel ZaZa's Election Party that promises to be as unique and unexpected as the candidates themselves. Tuesday, November 4 from 5 p.m.-2 a.m., sip conservative concoctions and liberal libations while watching the votes come in from the lounge's flat-screen TVs. Whether a clear winner emerges, or the night unfolds into a ballot circus a la Election 2000, Hotel ZaZa's Election Party will be the place to watch it all go down.
Kicking off the festivities will be ZaZa's very own Uncle Sam - on stilts. The larger-than-life character will show off his patriotic pride with a dash of ZaZa flair to guests as they walk through the Hotel's main entrance. Once inside, a menu of presidential-worthy cocktails will accompany the televised electoral coverage throughout the evening:
Obama Bahama Mama - Myer's Rum, Bacardi 151, Coconut Liqueur and pineapple juice
The "W" - Crown Royal, Peach Schnapps, Chambord and cranberry juice served in a shot glass
John 10 Cane Punch - 10 Cane Rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and Grenadine
Straight Talk Express - Grey Goose L'Orange, white cranberry juice, garnished with fresh cranberries
Bon Voyage - Bombay Sapphire, Patron, lemon juice, Blue Curacao
Flagtini - Bacardi Razz, lemon juice, Chambord, served up with a blue-sugared rim
Throughout the night, Dragonfly's staff will keep a tally of how many Obama Bahama Mamas are ordered vs. McCain punches, allowing guests to vote via cocktail. For more information or to make a reservation, please call 214-550-9500 or visit Web site.
