Description

PANACHE! – Promoting And Nurturing the Arts, Culture, Heritage & Enrichment! – is annually a sold-out event attracting civic and business leaders as well as local patrons of the arts. This year’s theme is “Pure,” symbolizing the community’s responsibility to not only protect the environment but also to ensure Allen remains the vibrant cultural center of Collin County.

This year's featured artist is internationally recognized Dallas artist Brad Goldberg, whose large-scale sculptures can be found around the world. Goldberg’s work creates a fusion between sculpture, landscape, urban design, place, culture and community and two of his creations can be found in Allen -- “Stratum” located at the Allen City Hall and "Cisterna" located at Montgomery Farm.

Proceeds from PANACHE! 2008 will help fund various projects of the Allen Arts Alliance throughout the coming year.
