Description
November 8 & 9.
Magic mirrors have long been used in the telling of enchanted fairy tales. In this workshop we will provide you with a virtual mosaic candy shop to delight the senses and inspire your creative spirit, enabling you to make your very own instrument of reflection. Come prepared to be delighted by a rich array of materials used only in the most exotic mosaics. We will provide you with a mirror base, adhesive and colorful, vibrant tesserae. Begin to dream about gold and silver, pearls, millefiori, dichroic glass, smalti and other bright gems. Bring wheeled nippers, an apron and safety glasses. We will focus on using combinations of patterns and designs. Please bring a lunch.
