An award-winning player since age 13, Kumst has won first prize at competitions such as the “Roland-Zimmer-Wettbewerb” in 2000, 2002 and 2004 and the “International Anna-Amalia-Gitarrenwettbewerb” in 2001. Admission is $20; tickets may be purchased by phone (972-883-2552), in person at the University Theatre box office Mon.–Fri., 2 – 5 p.m. Jonsson Performance Hall is located near Drive C on the UT Dallas campus.
