, 2008
Memory Walk, the signature walk of the Alzheimer’s Association, is a community-driven three-mile walk that raises awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Proceeds from Memory Walk will help the Alzheimer’s Association educate the public about Alzheimer's disease and the need for early diagnosis, provide support to more than 50,000 North Texas families dealing with Alzheimer's disease and help fund research to find disease-altering drugs and, ultimately, a cure.
