Enjoy a Sunday afternoon of inspired delectables from Dallas "Dames" and be the first to get a copy of the new cookbook, Cooking with Les Dames d'Escoffier!
Special guest Sheila Lukins - food editor, chef, teacher, and best-selling author, including The Silver Palate Cookbook.
Cooking Demonstrations begin at 1 p.m. and continue on the hour until 5 p.m.
1 p.m. - Sheila Lukins will prepare a dish from her latest book,
Ten: All the Foods We Love, Ten Recipes for Each
Q&A with Dallas Morning News' Tina Danze
2 p.m. - "Roman Holiday" Janice Provost, Chef/Owner Parigi Restaurant
3 p.m. - "Down Under Thanksgiving" Carol Ritchie, host of "Cookin' With Carol" and James Beard Award Nominee
4 p.m. - "Company Covered: Quick and Easy Party Fare" Mynetta Cockrell, Executive Chef, Milestone Culinary Arts Center
5 p.m. - "Cheers to the Holidays" wine and sparklers tasting
$75 per person includes Brunch, a cookbook, and your choice of two demonstrations.
$25 per person for choice of individual demonstrations.

Proceeds benefit the Chapter's scholarship fund for women in the culinary arts.
