Saké Tasting
November 19, 2008
Presented by Helping Hands for the Family Place.
Kenichi's saké team, including Texas' first and only Japan-certified expert, will lead a tasting of six sakés representing the top premium grades: junmai, ginjo, and daiginjo. In addition, Kenichi will pour a nigori (cloudy, coarse-filtered) and a fun sparkling saké. That's a total of eight sakés.
Cost is $40 per person with profits donated to The Family Place, a Dallas shelter against domestic violence.
For more information please call Kenichi at 214-871-8883.
