This Thanksgiving, the English are getting in on the tradition again at a Nov. 26 craft beer dinner at Victory Tavern featuring Samuel Smith’s Old Brewery. Since 1758, this brewery in the village of Tadcaster in Yorkshire, England has maintained traditional brewing methods, using water from the original brewery well, weighing and mixing hops by hand and fermenting the ales in open-topped stone vessels known as Yorkshire Squares.

Beers from Samuel Smith’s family of beers will be paired with four courses of complimentary cuisine by Victory Tavern’s Chef Jim Oetting.
