Slocum Street Style Night
October 2, 2008
The Slocum Street Antiques and Design Association and D Home kick-off the 10th annual October Slocum Street Night Walk.
More than 33 showrooms will throw open their doors to the treasures inside and give a once-a-year opportunity for the general public to have a sneak peek, shop, and enjoy fabulous food, spirits, and music. Proceeds from this event benefit the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS: DIFFA/Dallas.
Marking the 10th anniversary of the Style Night event, DIFFA/Dallas revives the popular Wreath Collection event, showcasing a silent auction of wreaths (for holiday and all occasions) designed and donated by Dallas designers, artists and Slocum Street showrooms. Additionally a treasure trove of goodies from Slocum Street galleries will be featured in the silent auction.
