Raku Party Workshop with Earline Green

Raku is a post firing technique that creates flashes of metallic colors on the surface of glazed ceramic ware. In this two-day workshop students will create pieces by throwing (if they have prior experience) or handbuilding simple forms the first day. During the second, students will participate in the firing process, clean their pieces and take them home. Keep in mind that raku is not suitable for food. Please bring a lunch.
$165 for Members ($195 Non-Members) $35 Clay and Firing Fee.
