To celebrate Lawry’s The Prime Rib’s 25th anniversary in Dallas, Lawry’s has selected four legendary masters of cuisine to feature during its Master Culinary dinner series. In this series, Executive Chef Matt Melton and his culinary team are recreating dishes designed by Anthony Bourdain, who is best known for being Chef-at-Large of Brasserie Les Halles in Manhattan, critically acclaimed author of both fiction and non-fiction, and for his Emmy nominated television program “No Reservations.” The Bourdain menu will feature the following items:

•Petatou, a goat cheese potato cake garnished with parsley and rare, exclusive olive oil dressing

•Fennel and Plum Tomato Soup, a classic bistro soup with garlic and Pernod

•Brandade de Morue, a broiled salt cod gratin

•Filet of Beef Tenderloin, over sauce Porto with roasted shallots and truffle pommes puree

In addition, Chef Melton is providing insight into the background of Anthony Bourdain, and Lawry’s is offering four wine pairings for an additional $35 per guest to enjoy with dinner.
