Known for The Scarlet Letter, Nathaniel Hawthorne was also an accomplished writer of stories. And while his language and style delight, it is his boldness in confronting the complex issues of timeless themes that makes him a wonderful read today. Great stories, great conversation, delicious treats. We’ll begin with “The Minister’s Black Veil.”
