Maximalists artist Ricardo Paniaqua Garcia III releases his debut of "Rebelation" in the Hal Samples Gallery
After gaining recognition for his art from buyers frequenting big auction houses to world class museums artist Ricardo Paniqua Garcia III has been considered a "Hidden Jewel" in the Dallas art scene by some, and is preparing to showcase an exhibition of over sized works of the maximalist genre and "candy art" for the masses.
