Event will kick off official grand opening celebration weekend for Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, a 52-acre resort-style mixed-use development located at U.S. 75 and Bethany Drive, features the large creekside Village Green; interactive public art; a variety of retail options; restaurants with al fresco dining; 80,000 sf of office space and 233 high-end residential lofts.
