Description
When his science project goes awry, Beanie Boren brings bits of storybooks to life. In Beanie and the Bamboozling Book Machine, Theatre Brookhaven presents its first children’s production in more than five years. Families and all ages are welcome to performances, Oct. 16-26.
Bob Mays, Roy C. Booth and Cristopher Tibbetts wrote this fantasy and adventure play for children. Beanie created a machine that read books for him and would give him the answers to his teachers’ questions. However, something goes wrong. With characters drawn from “Hansel and Gretel,” “Snow White” and “The Wizard of Oz”, the production brings to life some of children’s favorite stories in a completely new way.
Tickets are available at 972-860-4118.
