Presented by the Division of Art History at SMU’s Meadows School of the Arts, the Comini Lecture Series in Art History is named in honor of Alessandra Comini, University Distinguished Professor of Art History Emerita, whose 30-year legacy of vital scholarship and lecturing at SMU has set the standard for compelling and insightful programs.

This series features scholars and museum professionals presenting unique perspectives on works in the Meadows Museum and other area collections, as well as topics that are varied in period, culture and place.
