History of Halloween

Fridays at the Farmstead Programs for children 6-12

When: Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, 1:30 p.m.

Where: Heritage Farmstead Museum, 1900 West 15th Street, Plano

Cost: $8

Age limit: 6+

Description

Children will experience topics of discovery surrounding the history of the October day and traditional activities of the early 1900 century.

Special considerations:

  1. HFM Family Members receive 50% discount.
  2. To use a credit card, HFM members must pre-pay and register for a minimum of 5 programs.
  3. Without membership, families need only pre-pay and register 3 programs to use a credit card.
  4. Cash and personal checks are accepted.

Instructions:

  1. Pre-payment and reservations are required. Registrations are welcome until Wednesday noon for the Friday program that same week.
  2. To register, call the HFM office at 972-881-0140.

Note:

  1. All program fees are non-refundable.
  2. Each program lasts approximately 90 minutes.
